Return Policy
We want you to love your Bootiez. They are made in small collections to ensure the finest quality. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return them to us for an exchange, store credit, or refund. We truly understand that you need some time to take a good look at your new accessory and to mix and match it with your own wardrobe, so please take 14 days to make-up your mind (and decide you love them, of course!). Not happy with your purchase? Returning an item is easy! Just contact us and we will walk you through it.

Once we have received the item at our headquarters, you will either receive your new item (in case of exchange) or a full refund (including original shipping costs). 

Please keep in mind:

  • We only accept returns and exchanges that are submitted within 14 days after you received your initial shipment.
  • Please note that sale items are final. Any sale items marked “final” in the product description are also final sales.
  • Items purchased at a discount using a discount code at checkout are legible for a refund.  We will only refund the discounted amount you paid.
  • Please send the item you would like to exchange in the original packing and shipping box to our return address.

International Returns
All returned items should be declared “Returns and Repairs of Dutch Merchandise” on the customs declaration. Returned packages that don’t state this on their custom declaration may not be successfully delivered to our headquarters and may incur additional fees.

Guarantee

The legal guarantee applies to all items that you purchase from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can expect in all reasonableness.

Complaints
In the exceptional case that you are not satisfied and want to make a complaint, you can do so within 14 days after receiving your product. You can use the contact form on our contact page to submit a complaint about our product or service. We will respond to your complaint within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation when we have received your complaint.

You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically receive the good. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, in writing, by post, fax or e-mail) that the agreement will be revoked. You can use the model withdrawal form (Word doc), but you are not obliged to do so. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

You are liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Consequences of the cancellation If you cancel the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that moment, including delivery costs (with exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice for a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery provided by us) without delay and in any case not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to cancel the agreement, back from us. If you only return part of your order, the costs for delivery will not be refunded. We will reimburse you with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly otherwise agreed; in any case, you will not be charged for such reimbursement. We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have shown that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you notify us of the decision to cancel the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period
expired.
